Rays sign Angel German to minor league deal

The Rays signed relief pitcher Angel German to a minor league deal on Friday.

German, 23, spent the 2019 season with the Pirates where he spent his time at Double-A Altoona posting a 4.33 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and a 48/31 K/BB ratio in 52 innings of work.
