Kevin Harvick on Las Vegas pole, qualifying results for Pennzoil 400

The first trip out west for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will see Kevin Harvick on the pole.

Harvick claimed the pole for the Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The driver of the No. 4 Ford Mustang will be joined on the front row by Denny Hamlin.

Kevin Harvick won this race a year ago while, last week’s winner at Atlanta, Brad Keselowski went to victory lane when the MENCS returned in the fall.
