Joey Logano wins earning trip to NASCAR championship round, Martinsville Results

Joey Logano made a last turn pass to get around Martin Truex earning the win in Sunday’s running of the First Data 500 at Martinsville Speedway.

By being able to sneak past Truex coming out of turn four, Logano earns entry to the NASCAR championship round of four at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Denny Hamlin was able to sneak past a sliding Truex to claim second as Trux finished third.
