It’s no surprise that the New England Patriots are favored in the AFC Championship game. The Patriots were likely to be favored regardless of who they played in Sunday’s upcoming AFC Championship game but when Jacksonville upset Pittsburgh it set off a near double digit spread for the AFC Championship game.

Experience favors the Patriots across the board in this one and no position will be as glaring as quarterback. Comparing Tom Brady to the likes of Balke Bortles (seriously will he even be their QB next year keeps getting asked) will reduce mere morals to tears.

Sunday’s game will take place in Foxboro, MA beginning at 3:05 pm ET on CBS.

The Odds: The Patriots are 9 point favorites in the AFC Championship game against the Jaguars. The over/under for this one opened at 47 but has ticked down to 46.5 total points as of Monday morning.

Unless Bortles, Fournette and company can rack up points like they did against the Steelers this one may not even be as close as the spread. The Patriots were 11 point favorites against the Titans and everyone saw how that worked out last Saturday.
