Peyton Manning told Bill Belichick that Super Bowl may be last game

Many have wondered if the Super Bowl will be Peyton Manning’s last game.

The sure-fire hall of famer has dealt with injury and ineffectiveness this season before sitting out multiple weeks and then returning in Week 17. Manning has acknowledged in the past that each game could be his last and told Patriots coach Bill Belichick as much following Sunday’s AFC Championship game.

NFL Network was able to catch Manning’s comment to Belichick after the Broncos defeated the Patriots last Sunday.

“Hey, listen, this might my last rodeo. So, it sure has been a pleasure,” Manning told Belichick via Pro Football Talk.

Manning said the word “might” and has never said he was retiring but given his age, the Broncos having a capable quarterback on the roster and the possibility of going out on top, Super Bowl 50 may be his last game regardless.
