Rain has forced Saturday’s scheduled game between the Baltimore Orioles and Cleveland Indians to be played as part of a doubleheader on Sunday.
While both Chris Tillman and Cody Anderson will start one game of the douleheader, the Orioles will recall Kevin Gausman from the minor leagues to pitch the other. No word as to who the Indians will start for the other game.
Gausman has pitched 17 innings at the big league level this season and owns a 4.24 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 14/6 K/BB ratio.
The Orioles use of Gausman and his innings have been interesting to say the least over the past two seasons.
