Joey Logano will lead a field of 43 cars to the green flag for Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Joining Logano on the front row of the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 will be last years champion Kevin Harvick. Numerous teams failed to post a qualifying lap for the race in Round 1 after they failed inspection and were forced to go though it again.
A week ago Joey Logano won the season opening Daytona 500 and all but punched his ticket into Chase, will another driver produce a similar fate this weekend?
Sunday’s race at Atlanta will air on FOX beginning at 1:00 pm ET with the green flag set to waive at 1:16 pm ET.
Kasey Kahne won the most recent Sprint Cup Series race at AMS.
