An ill fated snap by rookie center Corey Linsley hit quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the chest. Rodgers quickly picked up the ball but was hit by Cowboys defensive end Jeremy Mincey fumbling the ball again.
Mincey recovered the football giving the Cowboys good field position around mid-field.
Moments later Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo found wide receiver Terrance Williams for a 38 yard touchdown pass to give the Cowboys a 14-7 lead following the Dan Bailey extra point.
The Packers allowed just 43 points off turnovers this season, second fewest in the NFL. They entered this game as a heavy favorite.
