Broncos offensive coordinator Adam Gase has been waiting for the perfect head coaching spot to open up.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports that the Bills have asked the Broncos for permission to interview Gase for the spot vacated by Doug Marrone who opted out of his deal earlier this week.
The Bills have some offensive weapons and with Kyle Orton’s decision to retire their quarterback situation is now prime for a new coach to draft his guy this year.
The #Bills are on the board in their head-coaching search, requesting permission to speak with #Broncos OC Adam Gase, source said.

The problem is that while the Bills have a talented roster there are too many questions about their front office for Gase to consider this his eventual landing spot.
With new ownership in place the jobs of president Russ Brandon and GM Doug Whaley are in question. The Bills finished 9-7 on the season but missed the playoffs.
