DeMarco Murray and Dez Bryant set Cowboy records in win over Redskins

For much of the season it appeared Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray was a threat for a 2,000 yard season. He finished a little below that number with 1,866 yards but still managed to top Emmitt Smith for the Cowboys single season record.

Murray was not the only member of the Cowboys to have a record setting day. Wide receiver Dez Bryant also set a Cowboys record with his 16th touchdown putting him ahead of Terrell Owens.

The Cowboys were 8-0 on the road this season. Since the merger with the AFL, six of the seven teams to go undefeated on the road have made it to the Super Bowl. Only problem is the Cowboys will be at home next week.
