The Johnny Manziel era in Cleveland could begin this weekend as the Bengals come to town.
Manziel has had to sit on the sidelines for nearly the entire season as Brian Hoyer has been guiding the offense. Hoyer started the season strong but has regressed and offered little to nothing in recent weeks even with a returning Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron.
Had a source connected to the Browns QB decision estimate there is a 99% chance Manziel starts Sun. Maybe even 99.5%

Fans grew restless on Sunday as the Browns tried to hold off the Colts despite getting nothing going on offense. Manziel could only sit and watch as fans booed Hoyer.
At 7-6 the Browns are last in the AFC North and well on the outside of the playoff picture.
