Jamie McMurray will lead a field of 43 cars into the Eliminator Round this weekend when the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at Martinsville Speedway.
In orrder to win the pole, McMurray set a new qualifying record in the second round of qualifying . Joining McMurray on the front row for the Goody’s Headache Relief Shot 500 will be Joey Logano.
The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will 500 laps around the 0.526 mile track for a total of 263 miles of racing on Sunday.
Coverage of the race will air on ESPN beginning at 1:30 pm ET with the green flag set to wave at 1:43 pm ET.
Winning this race last fall was Jeff Gordon while Kurt Busch won here in the spring.
