Ubaldo Jimenez trying to figure things out in bullpen
Former rotation fixture Ubaldo Jimenez was banished to the bullpen earlier this week. Since then the right hander has yet to appear in a game.
Jimenez last pitched on Aug. 16 when he was pounded for six runs on five hits, two home runs and three walks in 4 1/3 innings of work at Cleveland.
Signed to a four-year $50 million deal last winter the Orioles cannot afford to simply give up on Jimenez just yet. He is 4-9 with a 4.83 ERA though 20 starts.
