Teams looking to acquire a starting pitcher could consider Mat Latos of the Cincinnati Reds.
With the Reds hovering just under .500 they are not in the market to add players. In fact they may consider trading away a few players such as Latos.
Latos could be made available as the Reds have seen the types of packages that pitchers like Jeff Samardzija have returned.
Not only are #Reds not buying. Other teams say they've dangled Mat Latos. Looking for big return of course

After missing the start of the season has made eight starts posting a 3.31 ERA and a 0.89 WHIP. In parts of six seasons he is 57-43 with a 3.35 ERA and a 1.15 WHIP.
If Latos is moved expect a good return to go back to the Reds.
