Warren Sapp apparently stiffed a waiter on a tip today at Sports Bar & Grill while watching the United States Men’s Soccer team lose to Belgium.
Sapp’s name appears on the receipt with an inscription reading “Boys dont tip!.”

Was Sapp being cheap? I dunno, maybe service stunk. Perhaps he left cash. Regardless its 2014 so anytime a celebrity signs a receipt it has a chance to go viral.
