Kyle Busch won the pole for Sunday’s NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The driver of the No. 54 Monster Energy Toyota Camry beat out Brad Keselowski and Kyle Larson for the pole spot.
In the final segment of knockout qualifying Busch set the fast time with a lap speed of 29.493 seconds, claiming the pole at the 1.5-mile track located in the backyard of much of NASCAR in Concord, NC.
Last season Kyle Busch won this Nationwide Series race at Charlotte. Coverage of the History 300 will take place on ABC beginning at 2:45 pm ET with the green flag set to wave at 3:01 pm ET.
Saturday’s race at Charlotte will be 200 laps making up 300 miles.
