Jimmie Johnson wins pole at Charlotte, Full Qualifying Results for Coca-Cola 600

Jimmie Johnson won the pole for this weekends NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The driver of the No. 48 Chevrolet SS beat out Brad Keselowski and Kasey Kahne for the top spot.

In the final segment of knockout qualifying at Charlotte, Johnson set the fast time at 27.705 seconds to claim the pole at the 1.5-mile speedway located in Concord, NC.

Sunday nights race will air on FOX beginning at 6:00 pm ET. The green flag will wave at 6:16 pm ET.

The Coca-Cola 600 will consist of 400 laps around Charlotte Speedway making up 600 total miles. Last season Kevin Harvick won this race while Brad Keselowski won in the fall.
