Heath Bell is currently evaluating offers from four clubs according to Chris Cotillo of MLBDailyDish. The former Padres and Marlins closer is expected to choose a landing spot in the next few days after he was released by the Rays for posting a 7.27 ERA in 13 games.
Two teams that have shown interested in Bell are the Orioles and Mariners.
One player who will not be doing anything for the next few days is Giants pitcher Tim Hudson.
The veteran Hudson will miss his scheduled Friday start with a hip injury. He is expected to be ready to go next week. Yusmeiro Petit will start Friday against the Marlins in his place.
