Dogecoin community rallying behind Josh Wise again for All-Star race

Josh Wise wins fan vote to earn spot in All-Star race

If anyone can defeat Danica Patrick in the fan vote for this year’s All-Star race it may be Josh Wise.

Wise is not known as well as some of the drivers he is competing against in the vote but he does have a large group of followers assembled voting for him after a 16-year-old was able to get the Reddit community to help sponsor his car at Talladega by racing $55,000 worth of Dogecoin listed as the sponsor.

These new found fans, and some of which have never watched NASCAR, are a group of Dogecoin enthusiast, NASCAR fans, and Reddit users. Dogecoin is one of many types of cryto-currency which you would be better off using Google for than having me explain.

They have even went as far to create an online video for Wise which has amassed over 11,000 views in four days which is more than double the amount of views a Danica Patrick video from GoDaddy has produced in six days.

Wise currently is in the top-10 in the fan vote. Could his No. 98 machine actually make Saturday night’s race?

In his Sprint Cup career Wise has 79 starts. At Talladega driving the Dogecoin car he posted a season best 20th.
