NFL Draft hopeful Zach Mettenberger has had several teams flag his back.
Mettenberger has Spondylolysis which is a stress fracture in one of his vertebrae that makes up his spinal column. Right now the issue is not a concern but it could be something that requires surgery in the future.

Entering the NFL Draft, Mettenberger is coming off a torn ACL that ended his college career and just yesterday it was revealed that he produced a diluted urine sample at the NFL Combine.
There is a good chance a team takes Mettenberger on the second day of the draft simply due to his arm strength.
