The Cleveland Browns are not planning to draft Johnny Manziel at No. 4 according to Jay Glazer of Fox Sports. This report does not differ too much from previous ones that suggested the Browns were either not drafting or shying away from taking Manziel at No. 4.
Cleveland could trade down or simply pick a different player and find another way to land Manziel. It is doubtful that Manziel would be around for the 26th or 35th pick but anything is possible in the draft.
