Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Matt Garza was forced out of his Wednesday start in the fourth inning. Following Garza’s exit from the contest the Brewers announced that he had a right thumb contusion.
Currently Garza is considered day-to-day and is not expected to miss his next outing.
