Cole Hamels tossed seven strong innings on Thursday night for High-A Clearwater in what figures to be his final rehab start.
Hamels allowed one-run on three hits while walking one and striking out two.
In 17 innings he owns a 2.12 ERA and a 12/1 K/BB ration.
It is assumed that Hamels will rejoin the Phillies rotation next week with Tuesday being his first start against the Los Angels Dodgers.
Last season Hamels compiled a 3.60 ERA anda 1.16 WHIP across 220 innings. He had a 202/50 K/BB ratio.
