The Los Angeles Dodgers signed Erisbel Arruebarrena to a five-year, $25-million deal. When ready Arruebarrena figures to slide into the role of shortstop for the Dodgers. That appears to be okay with Hanley Ramirez.
“He’s open-minded to a change in position at some point in time,” Colletti said of Ramirez, via the LA Times.
Ramirez, 30, is coming off a season in which he appeared n 86 games batting .345/.402/.638 wth 20 home runs and 57 RBI.
