United States skier Maddie Bowman captured Olympic Gold at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Ski Halfpipe. Bowman, 20, also won the 2013 X Games Aspen women’s superpipe final in January.
Bowman took the lead with her first run, scoring 85.80, then followed it up with 89.0 in her second run.
Marie Martinod of France won silver, while Ayana Onozuka of Japan will take home the bronze medal.
American David Wise took gold in the men’s event on Tuesday.
