This dog just wanted to join the fun!
Sochi knew the issues they would have with stray dogs, and even with strong efforts to rid the dogs from interfering with the 2014 Sochi Olympics – one managed its way into the Opening Ceremony (which will be on television tonight on NBC.)

We can’t say we are surprised. This isn’t the first time and probably won’t be the last that a dog might want to join in on the ceremonies.
