Here’s a preview of what to expect when RAW hits the airwaves on the USA Network at 8 pm ET.
All six men in the Elimination Chamber match have been announced. Randy Orton will defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Daniel Bryant, Sheamus, John Cena, Antonio Cesaro and Christian. The winner of that match will go onto Wrestlemania XXX to face off again Batista.
While Batista won the Royal Rumble to earn the No. 1 contenders title there’s another man who is chomping at the bit for a title shot, Brock Lesnar. Last week on RAW Lesnar destroy Cody Rhodes and Goldust after he was not granted a match against Randy Orton or Batista. What will he do this week?
Rhodes & Goldust will compete against the New Age Outlaws in a cage match for the tag titles on RAW this week as a result of Lesnar’s actions a week ago.
Another thing to watch is the brewing feud between The Shield and the Wyatt Family. The two factions will face each other at the Elimination Chamber PPV.
And we could not complete this preview without wondering if any mention of CM Punk will be made. Is it a work, is it real? There’s evidence that suggests both. Regardless. right now it would still be very easy to write Punk back into the Wrestlemania storyline against HHH.
