Last season Garza finished with a 3.82 ERA in 155 1/3 innings of work spread across the Chicago Cubs and Texas Rangers.
With the addition of Garza the Brewers have a pretty good rotation coming together with Kyle Lohse, Yovani Gallardo and Wily Peralta.
