The Oakland Raiders will start Terrelle Pryor in Sunday’s season finale against the Denver Broncos.
Pryor initially began the season as the Raiders quarterback but inconsistent play and injuries eventually forced him to the bench. Matt McGloin had started in his place with mixed results.
This will be Pryor’s first start since Week 10. The team is seeking to evaluate Pryor one more time before the season ends.
Most expect the Raiders to take a quarterback early in the 2014 draft while the status of head coach Dennis Allen is unclear.
Pryor completed 57.7 percent of his passes this season for 1591 yards with five touchdowns and 11 interceptions. He has also run for 527 yards and two touchdowns.
