The San Francisco Giants have sold the rights to first baseman Brett Pill.

Pill, 29, was not going to get a lot of playing time in San Francisco and will offer a powerful bat to the KIA Tigers of the Korean Baseball Organization.

Pill played in 48 games last season hitting .224/.272/.376 with three homeruns and 12 RBI. His Triple-A numbers were far better as he hit 18 home runs in 68 games compiling a 1.009 OPS.
