The Dallas Cowboys blew a 23 point halftime lead losing to the Green Bay Packers.
Of question in this match was the play calling of the Cowboys who racked up yards on the ground in the first half and turned to the pass almost entirely in the second half. In the end two interceptions by quarterback Tony Romo proved costly.
So what happened?
After the game Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett placed all the blame on Romo saying the quarterback changed the play from a run to a pass.
Of course Romo defended the pass play saying he believed that intended target Cole Beasley was going to finish his route and that is where he threw the ball. Beasley seemed to give up on the play which was intercepted by Tramon Williams.
Romo just said that he believed that Beasley was going to finish the route and that is why the ball was where it was.

The Cowboys can still make the playoffs as the NFC East champions if they win out. They have games left against Washington and Philadelphia.
In recent weeks team owner Jerry Jones has defended both Garrett and defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin but if the Cowboys continue to play their way out of the playoffs there figures to be changes.
