Prince Fielder took a flop in the top of the sixth inning of ALCS Game 6 between the Detroit Tigers and Boston Red Sox.
Fielder was on third with no outs when he made a move to score on a ground ball. Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedoria tagged out a base runner and threw home.
Clearly the Tigers are not paying Fielder to run the bases and he proved that with his hesitation to force a throw home and then eventual flop on his way back to third. He was tagged out by Red Sox catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia.
