Ah, the butt fumble lives. Weeks after ESPN made the decision to retire the “butt fumble” the play has been revived in ways that only the quarterback of the New York Jets could do.
Geno Smith is now the starting quarterback for the Jets and after beating out Mark Sanchez for the job, he may have out done his butt fumble too.
