The status of Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor for Sunday’s game against Washington is still in question. Pryor has been cleared to resume practicing and got in a limited session on Thursday.

Pryor also told ESPN that he believed that Denver Broncos linebacker Wesley Woodyard should have been fined for the hit on him during Monday nights game.

“I think he should get fined, definitely,” Pryor said.

The NFL players association is determining whether or not the Raiders followed protocol in diagnosing Pryro’s concussion. Pryor left the game after being hit but quickly returned to throw two passes before finally heading to the locker.

“Looked like I was functioning; I watched the tape,” Pryor said. “I could definitely see why they didn’t see it … I was talking to them so I was fine because they were asking me (questions). Definitely a delayed reaction.”
