Arizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Matt Reynolds will undergo Tommy John surgery next Tuesday.
Reynolds, 28, had been trying to rehab from a tear in his UCL but suffered a setback last week. The left hander could now miss the entire 2014 season.

In 30 relief apperaces this season Reynolds compiled a 1.98 ERA and a 1.10 WHIP. He was picked up from Colorado in November for infielder Ryan Wheeler.
