The Seattle Seahawks will have police officers pose as fans of the San Francisco 49ers during Sunday nights game between the two teams.
Seattle announced the plan Wednesday saying it was to create a safe environment for all fans attending the game.
Staff will stop unruly behavior, foul language and verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans. The plan will start with Sunday’s game against San Francisco but will stay in place all season according to Associated Press reports.

“We have great fans,” Seahawks president Peter McLoughlin said in a statement. “Our goal is to ensure a safe environment for all in attendance, including visiting team fans.”
Any fans asked to leave for violations of fan conduct will have to complete a four-hour online educational course at their own cost before they will be cleared to attend events at the stadium again.
