The Chicago Cubs continue to be active in the international market. On Friday it was revealed that the Cubs had signed right handed pitcher Jen-Ho Tseng to a contract.

Tseng’s contract comes with a $1.65 million bonus. He was the youngest player on the Chinese Taipei World Baseball Classic roster. He has a fastball that can reach 95 mph. While Tseng is years away from contributing at the major league level there is no rush as the Cubs are in year two of a massive rebuilding plan under Theo Epstein.
