Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger had a minor knee operation done on Wednesday to repair damage to his right meniscus.
The operation will not cause Roethlisberger to miss any game time and should allow him time to be ready for training camp. Roethlisberger would have missed 4-6 weeks if this injury occurred during the season.
Doctors operated on Ben Roethlisberger’s right meniscus. Same procedure done on left knee 7 years ago – knee perfect since.

Coming off a disappointing and injury riddled season the 31-year-old Roethlisberger has said in recent weeks that he feels more comfortable working with second year offensive coordinator Todd Haley.
