Penalties on the cars of Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano remained largely unchanged Tuesday after Chief Appellate Officer John Middlebrooke upheld fines and point penalties for unapproved rear-end housings on the two Penske Racing cars.

The No. 2 and No. 22 Ford’s of Penske Racing failed pre-race inspection at Texas Motor Speedway prior to the NRA 500 run on April 13.

One notable decision was that of Middlebrook to reduce the suspensions of Penske Racing personnel from six to two races. Paul Wolfe and Todd Gordon will miss the upcoming race at Darlington as well as the All-Star race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Team owner Roger Penske will announce soon who will server in the roles of Wolfe and Gordon.
