Tennessee will miss the playoffs for the fourth consecutive season and while the team has said they intend to bring Chris Johnson back the status of head coach Mike Munchak is unknown. Jacksonville has not fared any better with Chad Henne at quarterback then they did with Blaine Gabbert. Nearly everyone seems to think that they will be the eventual landing spot of Tim Tebow.

The Titans have not played well for the bulk of their season. Last week the were shellacked 55-7 by Green Bay. In that game quarterback Jake Locker was sacked a season high seven times while throwing two interceptions. The Titans finish the season 0-8 against teams with winning records, something they will not have to contend with this week.
Jacksonville has the second worst run defense in the NFL. They will look to stop Johnson in the same fashion that green bay did. (28 yards on 11 carries)
Cecil Shorts and Maurice Jones Drew will both miss the Jaguars season finale.
