Randy Wolf intends to pitch again following Tommy John surgery

Randy Wolf will undergo Tommy John surgery next week. Wolf will miss all of the 2013 season.The 36-year-0ld left handed pitcher told reporters that he plans to pitch again.

Last season Wolf compiled a  5.65 ERA and a 1.57 WHIP for the Milwaukee Brewers and Baltimore Orioles.

This news is not surprising as Dan Connolly reported in late September that Wolf intended to pitch again. Wolf suffered the injury in a  Sept. 24 game against the Boston Red Sox.

For his career Wolf has a 132-117 record and a 4.20 ERA in 14 seasons. Wolf has pitched for Philadelphia, San Diego, Houston, and the Los Angeles Dodgers in addition to the Orioles and Brewers.
