CM Punk returning to WWE RAW on Monday in Chicago

While CM Punk is not on the card, he is expected to to make his return to the WWE when it goes to Chicago for Monday night.

Daniel Pena of WrestlingInc.com says the Second City Star will make his return citing a report from Dave Meltzer’s Wrestling Observer Radio.

CM Punk is expected to return at tomorrow night’s Raw in Chicago, Illinois, according to Dave Meltzer on today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio.

While Meltzer won’t say he’s 100% sure Punk will be at the show, his source, who he says is “one of the biggest stars in the industry,” said that it’s 100% certain.

Punk has been absent from WWE programming since the Raw following the Royal Rumble on Jan. 27.

That’s hardly a slam dunk that CM Punk would be there but it does sound promising. Some wonder how the crowd will react if CM Punk is not on the show.

Even more confusing is where CM Punk would be booked for WrestleMania XXX if he did return. Some say he will replace Daniel Bryan against HHH, while others argue he would enter the World Heavyweight Championship match making it a three-way against Randy Orton and Batista.

So do you think CM Punk will return or not?
