The Big Show will fight Brock Lesnar on Sunday night during the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Of course Big Show may not be 100 percent heading into this match as multiple fans saw he injured his hand in a house show in a match against Kane.
From what we can tell, Big Show apparently hit his hand on the turnbuckle and then grabbed Kane to tell him he was hurt. At which point the match ended with a quick knockout.
Big Show is said to have been looked at by trainers later.
