The WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view will take place on Sunday January 26, 2014 from the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, PA.
Royal Rumble is the starting point on the road to Wrestlemania with the winner getting a title shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania.
In addition to the over the top rope elimination match that will crown a challenger at Wrestlemania there are four other known matches for this ppv.

Daniel Bryan vs. Bray Wyatt
WWE Tag Team Championship match: Cody Rhodes and Goldust vs. The New Age Outlaws (kickoff show match at 7:30 pm)
Known Royal Rumble Entrants
CM Punk, Batista, Alberto Del Rio, Cody Rhodes, Goldust, Rey Mysterio, Big E Langston, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Erick Rowan, Luke Harper, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, The Miz, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth, Xavier Woods, Fandango, Damien Sandow, (expected but not confirmed on WWE.com are Ryback, Titus O’Neil, Darren Young, Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro)
Including the five wrestlers that WWE.com is not listing there would be 25 entrants leaving five mystery wrestlers. Chris Jericho and Jimmy Wang Yang have both been dropping hints on twitter that they will be in the match. Curtis Axel is not been listed yet but recently had an interview where he said he expected to be in the match. 2 Cold Scorpio, Sheamus, and RVD been rumored as well. And who could rule out Kane finding a way in to eliminate CM Punk?
Dolph Ziggler is another not in the match, nor is Daniel Bryan, Bray Wyatt, Brock Lesnar and Big Show who are all involved in matches earlier in the night.
