The worker claims he was badly injured while working on Cena&#8217;s house back in 2010, so much so that he was unable to work.<\/p>\n<p>The worker, Dale Ducharme, claims he fell off a scaffolding while\u00a0remodeling\u00a0Cena&#8217;s home. Ducharme says the scaffold that he was using was either defective or damaged and says it was Cena&#8217;s responsibility to make sure the equipment was safe.<\/p>\n<p>A representative for Cena had no comment on the allegations.<\/p>\n<p>Cena is currently<strong><a title=\"John Cena Updates Fans On His Arm and Recovery From Surgery\" href=\"http:\/\/tireball.com\/wwe\/2013\/10\/06\/john-cena-updates-fans-on-his-arm-and-recovery-from-surgery\/\"> rehabilitating from tricep surgery<\/a> <\/strong>he had in August but <strong><a title=\"John Cena To Make WWE Return At Hell In A Cell PPV\" href=\"http:\/\/tireball.com\/wwe\/2013\/10\/07\/john-cena-to-make-wwe-return-at-hell-in-a-cell-ppv\/\">will return at the Hell in a Cell PPV<\/a><\/strong> at the end of October.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WWE superstar John Cena is being sued by a construction worker for just over $15,000 according to TMZ.com.
