The model went public with her relationship on Sept 26, when she went on a romantic stroll hand in hand with \u00a0former ‘Dancing With the Stars’ star, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, 33, in NYC’s West Village.<\/p>\n

The couple looked extremly happy and in love, in pictures obtained by\u00a0Page Six<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

The two have been seen together multiple times!<\/h2>\n

The two have been linked together as being a couple as far back as June 2013, when it was reported that they spent Kate\u2019s birthday together.<\/p>\n

The next sighting, was when they were at the Hamptons together, where Kate was filming the movie\u00a0The Other Woman<\/em>. Even with the sightings, Kate stayed quiet on the relationship \u2014 \u201cWe\u2019re just friends\u201d she told reporters at the\u00a0Style Awards<\/a>\u00a0on Sept. 4.<\/p>\n

As recently as August, the model was still \u00a0enjoying being single. \u201cI\u2019m just having fun,\u201d she told\u00a0ELLE<\/em>\u00a0magazine.\u00a0\u201dObviously, I have a very busy schedule at this time in my life and I don\u2019t put relationships as a priority.\u201d<\/p>\n
