They embraced me at one of the lowest points of my life. I was just coming off the Summer Games, and I was pretty depressed, and they lifted me up and day by day they encouraged me to never give up on this Olympic dream.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>http:\/\/instagram.com\/p\/hrbW0EnJ9u\/<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey really did give me a fresh start,\u2019\u2019 she said about the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Federation. \u201cI know you can\u2019t change the past, but knowing I hit a hurdle, got fourth place, I wouldn\u2019t change it for the fact that I know that it led me here. It led me to meet a great group of female athletes, and we are truly united and bonded and ready to go to Sochi and dominate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Olympic bobsledder Elana Meyers recruited Jones to the sport. Jones later convinced\u00a0Lauryn Williams to give the sport a try.
