There\u2019s a plan in place, but both sides are pretty committed to doing that privately and not having it be something that\u2019s discussed in the media.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Roethlisberger had two years left on his rookie deal when he re-upped with the Steeleres for $108 million in 2008.<\/p>\n<p>While fans may be nervous there is little to be concerned about as Roethlisberger has stated over and over that he wants to play his entire career with the Steelrs and the organization is not about to let a Super Bowl winning franchise quarterback walk out the door.<\/p>\n<p>Tollner went on to talk about Roethlisbergers desire to play his entire career with the Steelers saying, \u201cIt\u2019s always been critical to him. From Day 1 he\u2019s always admired players that could play with one organization and retire with that organization.
