He has since been booked on one count of a &#8220;false report of a bomb threat.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Smith previously was arrested in 2012 for DUI and in 2013 was charged with illegal possession of an assault weapon.<\/p>\n<p>The 49ers have already released a statement acknowledging they were aware of the situation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another member of the San Francisco 49ers has turned up in a TMZ story.
