That may not be the case.<\/p>\n<p>McCown, 34, wants to re-sign with the Bears but there could be more money elsewhere. While McCown is not seeking a starters role, he does realize his services are valuable right now.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is probably going to be the last time I stand in free agency with this kind of leverage,&#8221; McCown, 34, said. &#8220;So there&#8217;s an understanding of an opportunity here to gain some more resources both to take care of our family and to do more good with.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Other teams that could be interested in McCown include the Buccaneers, Jets, Texans and Raiders.<\/p>\n<p>McCown appeared in eight games last season, including six starts. He was selected as the Offensive player of the week in Week 14.
